At Carpe Diem Planners, we want you to love your organizational tools; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your planners and accessories in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, including the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
